Snap-Fit Tray System
Removable trays click securely into the base during use and lift out cleanly for rinsing or swapping ingredients between batches.
3-in-1 Breading Station
The Cutlet Station organizes flour, egg wash, and breadcrumbs into one engineered, mess-controlled system — purpose-built for home kitchens.
Our Story
Every home cook knows the moment: three plates across the counter, egg dripping into flour, breadcrumbs migrating everywhere, and a protein that somehow ends up unevenly coated. The Cutlet Station was born from that frustration.
We set out to engineer a tool that treats breading as the deliberate, sequential process it actually is — not an improvised mess. The result holds flour, egg wash, and breadcrumbs in their own compartments, in the right order, at precisely calibrated depths.
"The best cutlet is the one you don't have to think about while you're making it."
— The Cutlet Station Design Team
Design Philosophy
Engineered for the process
The three-stage layout mirrors the actual breading sequence. Each tray is sized to the ingredient it holds — no dead space, no over-reach.
Mess contained by design
A 5° flow-through slope directs excess egg back toward the center tray. Drain ridges and raised walls keep dry ingredients clean and separated.
Consistent results, every cook
The hinged press lid applies even pressure so coating adheres uniformly — no patchy spots, no overworking the protein.
Food-safe, built to last
Injection-molded BPA-free polypropylene with draft angles and tolerances designed for lifetime daily use.
How It Works
Dredge in flour, coat in egg, press into breadcrumbs. The Cutlet Station keeps each stage clean and separate.
Dredge in flour
Highest compartment — flour stays dry and contained
Coat in egg wash
Middle tray with drain ridges — excess flows back in
Press & coat in breadcrumbs
Lowest tray — lid presses evenly for full coverage
The Product
The Cutlet Station isn't a glorified plate system. It's a purpose-engineered breading tool that solves specific problems with specific features — each one born from studying how breading actually goes wrong.
5° flow-through drainage system · excess egg drains back naturally
All-in-one station
Perfect results
Easy to clean
Removable trays click securely into the base during use and lift out cleanly for rinsing or swapping ingredients between batches.
Soft nubs press food evenly into breadcrumbs for a consistent coat — no hand contact needed, no uneven coverage anywhere.
Raised ridges channel excess egg away from flour and breadcrumb compartments, maintaining ingredient integrity throughout.
The base tilts at a precise 5° angle so food moves forward naturally while excess liquid drains back without pooling.
All three removable trays are safe for the dishwasher top rack, making post-cook cleanup as fast as the cooking itself.
Injection-molded BPA-free polypropylene with 1° draft angles, 0.5 mm corner radii, and walls built for daily long-term use.
