Good to know

Frequently asked questions.

The Cutlet Station™ is still being developed. Here’s what we can share about the product and the path to launch so far.

What is The Cutlet Station™?

It is a folding, three-tray breading station designed to organize the familiar flour, egg and breadcrumb process in one compact workstation. It opens flat for preparation and closes neatly for storage.

How are the three trays arranged?

The operating layout follows the natural cooking sequence: flour first, egg second and breadcrumbs third. The flour and egg trays sit side by side, while the larger breadcrumb tray provides extra room for the final coating.

Do the trays come out?

Yes. Each tray is removable, making it easier to prepare ingredients, move through the breading process and handle cleanup after cooking.

How does it store?

The trays organize together inside the folding case. Once nested, the two halves close to create a compact form that takes up less space than keeping three separate breading dishes together.

What can I prepare with it?

The station is intended for foods that use a staged coating process, including chicken cutlets, schnitzel, tonkatsu, fish, eggplant, pork and other breaded recipes.
