It is a folding, three-tray breading station designed to organize the familiar flour, egg and breadcrumb process in one compact workstation. It opens flat for preparation and closes neatly for storage.

The layout follows the natural cooking sequence: flour first, egg second and breadcrumbs third. The flour and egg trays sit side by side, while the larger breadcrumb tray provides extra room for the final coating.

The Station is intended for staged coating recipes such as chicken cutlets, chicken Parmesan, schnitzel, fried chicken, eggplant, fish, shrimp and tempura-style preparation.

Yes. The three food-contact trays are removable for loading, breading and cleaning. Once clean and completely dry, they nest together inside the folding body for storage.

The removable food-contact trays are being developed for dishwasher cleaning. Final rack placement, temperature guidance and care instructions will be confirmed after production-material testing. Until that testing is complete, the folding body should be hand washed with warm, soapy water and dried thoroughly.

The current production direction uses Hanwha Total HJ730 food-contact polypropylene with supplier documentation for the applicable tested requirements. Color is intended to be produced with food-contact-compatible masterbatch rather than spray paint. Final material and finished-product verification will be confirmed before launch; this is not a claim that the product is ‘FDA approved.’

The current prototype is approximately 520 × 240 mm (20.47 × 9.45 in) when open and 260 × 240 × 95 mm (10.24 × 9.45 × 3.74 in) when closed. Final production dimensions remain subject to tooling confirmation.

No. The current design is a prototype being refined before manufacturing. Details may change as testing and tooling preparation continue. Current engineering and CAD documentation always take precedence over website imagery.
